Ebey’s Prairie Garlic is a small, family-run seed garlic farm on Whidbey Island, located within the Ebey’s Landing National Historical Preserve. We grow organically and intentionally, not for volume or culinary trends, but to preserve varietal integrity, plant health, and reliable field performance in the maritime climate of the Pacific Northwest.

Every bulb we offer is selected for uniformity, resilience, and genetic consistency — grown slowly through attentive stewardship of prairie soils and careful handling at every stage of its life.
